Having a healthy body is the desire of every human. There is no person who wanted him to be a pain, unless the person has a particular desire of his intention to hurt. 1. Emphasis on eating foods that contain antioxidants.Consume the supplements that contain antioxidants, always eating them. Do not forget to always eat fruits especially those containing antioxidants such as pomegranate, apple, orange, acai berry, cranberry, blueberry, tomatoe, carrot, etc
2. Increase drinking water.
Water can help to purify toxins and free radicals that accumulate in the body by removing either through urine or sweat. Often drinking water will accelerate the expenditure of toxins and free radicals in the body, so the body becomes healthier.
3. Prioritize using organic vegetables.
Using organic vegetables because its contain fewer free radicals than vegetables using chemical fertilizers usually contained certain chemicals. Chemicals contained in the fertilizer will go to the vegetables, so the vegetables using fertilizers excessive actually very unhealthy.
4. Avoid eating foods that are too charred (especially meat).
